This exciting festival is back supporting and celebrating women playwrights. This is our third festival and like our previous two festival we have an exciting line up of new plays, discussions and talks.

We’re recruiting young people from across Milton Keynes, aged between 14-21 years for our new Creative Youth Board.

MK Gallery are partnering with The Play’s The Thing to present a four-day festival of women in theatre and film. You are very welcome to join us for the individual events or we have day passes and a full festival pass available to purchase.

‘Taking The Stage - Women in Performing Arts’ - an exciting symposium that celebrates all women within the theatre industry - will be staged at MK Gallery from 12th - 14th September.

Throughout 2018, there have been many special anniversaries marking events in the journey for the rights of women in British society.
