Invisible - Visible - Exhibition

For a month September- October 2021 we mounted an exhibition with MK Gallery to showcase all the work we had done during the lockdowns of 2020. We showed all the illustrations by local artist Jess Bolam for both the LGBTQ  group she worked with alongside Jessie Coller from Cornerstone Arts and her illustrations and response to the play “Becoming The Invisible Woman” by Sarah Wanendeya.  We also displayed the work created  by the craft and sewing group from Wolverton  run by Jane Charles for the interactive Twine.  Then visitors were also able to  also listen to the community podcast  and also the  podcast of the play “Becoming The Visible Woman”. The Sound Designer  was  Caroline Devine. Lastly we showed the six films made by MK College Students where they wrote their own monologues about feeling invisible.

The exhibition was very well attended and it was brilliant to be able to showcase all the wonderful work.

Thanks to MK Gallery for all their support.
