Roshmi Lovatt

Roshmi Lovatt is an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor working in Milton Keynes.  Her 20 years of experience in this field has spanned work within the NHS, statutory settings, corporate settings as well as private practice.  She is the founder of BodhiSpace – a clinic offering counselling, psychotherapy and arts therapies to local communities.

Roshmi is passionate about working with creative and embodied processes.  Alongside her clinical practice, she offers resilience and wellbeing workshops to frontline professionals, including teachers, NHS staff and refuge workers.  In particular she works with arts practitioners and creative frontline workers to promote a culture of care in the face of challenging and emotionally heavy workloads.  She has recently facilitated a number of wellbeing sessions for community artists funded by the Culture, Health and Wellbeing Alliance.

Roshmi is a champion around issues of diversity and power, often giving voice to the unspoken in order to address dis-ease at individual, relational, societal and political levels.
